Founder - Physiotherapist
Julian has always had a keen interest in sports, thus initially completed his Sports Science degree from the University of Sydney. Understanding the benefits of exercise, he was motivated to further his education and complete a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy, which allowed him to work with clinical clients suffering from injuries and pains.
He has worked in a variety of settings in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia, focusing largely in treating sports injuries and corporate desk job pains. He has a special interest in neck and shoulder pain, jaw pain, and post surgical rehabilitation.
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, he focuses his work in accurate clinical diagnosis, and building rapport with clients by communicating in a language that they can understand and relate.
Outside of professional work, Julian enjoys playing football, scuba diving, and many other outdoor activities. He has picked up trail running over the last two years due to covid restrictions stopping all other sports!

Franklin’s interest in physiotherapy took shape as he overcame sporting injuries under the guidance of a physical therapist whilst living in the United States. This motivated Franklin to pursue his master's degree in physiotherapy at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and undergo intensive training at the University of Alberta, Canada.
Professionally, Franklin has an abundance of experience working and tailoring rehabilitation programs for patients across age groups in a wide variety of clinical settings. He endeavors to empower his patients to understand the potential root cause(s) of their physical ailments, regain pain-free movement and aid them in pursuit of performance enhancement via active exercise therapy. A subject matter expert in the treatment of spinal injuries and post-operative rehabilitation, Franklin also has a special interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation for runners and athletes.
Outside of the clinic, Franklin dedicates much time to his love for languages and cultures, having attained near-native fluency in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese. Franklin is also a die-hard fan of European football, basketball and table tennis.

Murphy believes that if a routine is sustainable, enjoyable, and progressive, it’s worth pursuing. He earned his BSc in Health Exercise and Science from Aberdeen University.
With 8.5 years of experience as a personal trainer, he has gained extensive knowledge working with a diverse range of clients.
In his free time, you can find him playing football and enjoying good food.
